Today we baked cookies, and it was so easy but most of all super delicious :)
These are ideal for those days when you want (healthy, vegan, oil-free, cruelty-free, refined sugar-free) cookies but don't have the time to bake complicated stuff. Comfort food!
Date Oat Cookies
ingredients
175 gram of date paste / dates
50 grams of oats
preparation
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
If you use dates, blend them to get a smooth paste. If you use date paste you can pass this step :)
Knead with the oats, use more or less oats if you want (follow your taste).
Form cookies on a bake plate with baking paper (so you don't have to use oil).
Bake for 15 minutes.

Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Cookies
for around 6 cookies
ingredients
2 ripe bananas
75 grams of oats
vegan chocolate chips
preparation
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Mash the bananas.
Add the oats, and add more if it is too fluid.
Mix as much chocolate chips in it as you like :)
Form cookies on a bake plate with baking paper (so you don't have to use oil).
Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
