1. smile at yourself in the mirror after waking up
2. do at least three things that make you feel extremely happy and alive
3. compliment and smile at somebody
4. get out of your comfort zone
5. read something
6. do something creative
7. write for ten minutes without any internet to distract you
8. breathe in and out be very concious about it
9. go outside and feel the rain/sun/wind on your bare skin
10. laugh
